At Slingshot Group, we aim churches forward, providing them strategic staffing services that place the right people in the right environment for maximum impact. We realize every church and church-leader is unique. That’s why we listen, coach, and care. Our team of associates (known as “Slingers”) are a multi-generational, multi-denominational, multi-stylistic network of experienced ministry leaders with a common desire to see the local church thrive…organizationally, structurally, holistically.

STAFFING:

Systems are only as good as the people that fulfill them.  Our professional services help churches reload and recruit the greatest staff possible in the areas of  senior leadership, worship, students, children’s & families, tech arts, and everything in between. Our pool of candidates is vast and deep. They are nationwide, multi-generational and usually no more than 2 degrees of separation from our team of associates. They come from all kinds of churches, backgrounds, and influences. Some are currently serving in churches while others are in the “in between” season of ministry. Some have a formal education while others have learned through experience and intensive mentoring. All are vetted thoroughly by our highly relational team, tapping into each of their unique life stories.

COACHING:

Life and leadership are at their best when someone’s looking out for us. We don’t just help leaders and churches land where they’re supposed to, we stay closely connected to their journey once they’ve hit the ground running! We spend ample time with our candidates – coaching, mentoring, and equipping them for the next season of ministry ahead, championing their roles as Kingdom agents wherever God places them.
